Bi-Partisan High Speed Rail Bill; Passes House
Dave has worked tirelessly to see the development of high speed rail across Northern Illinois in the last few years.

Dave quoted in the Rockford Register Star for High Speed Rail
Rep. Winters' plan would include developing high speed rail in the median along I-90, thereby decreasing construction costs. The planned route would link the West Loop, O'Hare airport, and Rockford International Airport - a move Dave believes would allow the state to abandon the construction of a third, Chicago airport near Peotone.
